He brings a delivery-led approach that combines rigorous financial and operational analysis with hands-on execution - helping leadership teams move quickly from diagnosis to decisive action and sustained outcomes. His work sits at the intersection of finance leadership and value creation - supporting CEOs, CFOs/FDs, investors and advisors with decision-ready insight and execution discipline.
His work spans operational restructuring, financial recovery, and performance improvement programmes across multiple sectors and geographies. He is known for bringing clarity under pressure: translating complex information into a small set of practical priorities, installing a disciplined governance and performance cadence, and tracking benefits through to realised cash and EBITDA impact.
Reuben is UK-based and serves clients globally, with a particular focus on project-led, utilisation-driven B2B services - where forecasting credibility, delivery control, and cash conversion are decisive performance levers.
He began his career at Deloitte, where he completed his accountancy training, before building a multi-sector track record in management consulting. He has since worked in advisory roles at Ernst & Young, and delivered multiple performance improvement and transformation programmes with McKinsey & Company. He later joined PwC UK where he was part of the Deal Value Creation & Realisation team. His experience includes delivery across Europe, the USA, and Africa.
